The list

The best pool builders in Palm Beach Gardens

Every builder here holds an active DBPR pool contractor license we looked up, has at least 4.5 stars from 20 or more Google reviews, and builds in Palm Beach Gardens.

By Jack Bates · Records checked November 5, 2026 · How we check

In Palm Beach Gardens most new pools go through an architectural review board before the permit. A builder who knows the communities saves you weeks.

Every builder that passed our checks is here: an active state pool contractor license we checked on DBPR, a real record on Google, an office in Palm Beach or Martin County, and a website that names the Gardens. Where a builder publishes prices, we include them.

Ordered by a review score that blends the star rating with the number of reviews, so a 5.0 from a dozen reviews can't jump ahead of a 4.9 from a thousand. Every company that passes our checks is here. Bates Media clients are marked and had to pass the same checks.

Questions

Who licenses pool builders in Florida?

Pool contractors are licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). A certified pool contractor, with a license number starting with CPC, can work anywhere in the state. Every builder on this list holds an active DBPR license we checked.

How much does a new pool cost here?

Builders on this list who publish prices start around $47,000 to $60,000 for a straightforward pool and deck. Custom pools with a spa and upgrades land around $80,000 to $120,000. Our pool cost guide has the details and sources.

How long does a pool take to build?

Local builders publish anywhere from six to fourteen weeks for a typical build, longer for complex ones. Permits, HOA review and weather usually decide the timeline.

Do I need HOA approval for a pool?

In many Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens communities, yes. Most architectural review boards want plans before the builder can pull a permit, so ask your HOA early.
